Shipping Policy Shipping Policy
1.1 Once your order has been made, our automated shipping server automatically calculates the cost of shipping to you under various methods. This allows you to choose which one shipping method suits your needs the most and to see the true cost right before your eyes. Currently we offer all the services of FedEx and Canada Post. The estimated date of arrival is located beside each method of shipping.

1.2 On the day your purchase is made, you will receive email verification with your bill, the product(s) you have purchased, confirmation of your shipment method, and tracking number. Your package can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca or www.fedex.com.

1.2a – PRICING- while we attempt to maintain pricing as indicated, if an item is out of stock or custom-manufactured, owing to the volatility or the precious stone and metal markets, the price quoted may be different than the price indicated on the website. We will send you a quote if there is a significant price change from the listed website price. The quote is based on material prices on the day we receive your order. If you choose to not accept the order, you must respond by return email and indicate the order number, date of the order, item number and the word CANCEL on the email.

1.3 You will receive a confirmation email on the day the product is shipped from our location.

1.4 All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. If issues arise, customers will be contacted by our service center.

1.5 For security reasons, JewelWorks.net will ship only to street addresses and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

1.6 Any checks received from a check order will be processed before the product is shipped due to security concerns. You will receive an email notification once your check has been approved.

1.7 As a safety precaution, items will only be shipped during the regular business days (Monday to Friday). Saturday deliveries are not offered.

If it has been sent already, there is nothing we can do to stop the order and you can send it back for a full refund. Shipping costs are to be incurred by the customer.
