| 4.1 | The JewelWorks.net team would like to inform our customers that our qualified technicians regularly perform maintenance on our site to keep it up-to-date with technologies and services and that from time to time, the site may be down. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause. |
5.0 Returns and Refunds
| 5.1 | If product is returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase, subject to the conditions below, we will refund 100% of the purchase price less S&H. |
| 5.2 | The jewellery piece must be in its original state, undamaged, and returned with its box. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post in a hard box or padded envelope and keep a copy of your shipping bill. |
| 5.3 | The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. |
| 5.4 | If you choose to return your purchase and if you have received a free gift from JewelWorks.net with that purchase, you are more than welcome to keep that free gift as a sign of our customer appreciation. |
| 5.5 | Any engraved or custom-made products are non-refundable. |
| 5.6 | All watch sales are final and cannot be returned. |
6.0 Free Gifts
| 6.1 | From time to time JewelWorks.net enjoys passing their savings onto our customers in the form of free gifts with a purchase. Please note that you will be charged a minimal S&H handling fee on the free gift. |
7.0 Exchanges
| 7.1 | Call our customer service department (1-866-272-7667) if you have questions on exchanges. We will do out best to help you. |
8.0 Repairs
| 8.1 | If your jewellery is in need of repair simply contact our JewelWorks.net Customer Service centre at 1-866-272-7667 to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. When shipping the item to us, please provide a copy of the original receipt that came with the initial purchase and write the Repair Authorization Number on that receipt. If you need to obtain a fresh copy of your receipt please email us or contact our customer service at 1-866-272-7667. Charges may apply for your repairs and you will be notified at the time the jewellery is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post in a hard box or padded envelope and keep a copy of your shipping bill. |
9.0 Order Cancellation
| 9.1 | Please call ASAP if you want to cancel your order. |
| 9.2 | If it has been sent already, there is nothing we can do to stop the order and you can send it back for a full refund. Shipping costs are to be incurred by the customer. |
10.0 Certificate of Authenticity
| 10.1 | We will provide a certificate of authenticity stating that the piece is a genuine product of JewelWorks.net and the verification that all raw materials used in the product including metals, diamonds, and colored gemstones are genuine. |
11.0 Packaging
| 11.1 | Each jewellery piece comes packaged within a wonderful presentation jewel box.

12.0 Account Changes/Deletions
| 12.1 | Click on “General Information” in the Member Login area along the bottom left-hand side of the homepage at any time to update your profile, billing and shipping information. You may be required to login to update specific account information to make sure it remains secure. |
| 12.2 | If you created an account and would like to change your account via phone, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-272-7667. |
| 12.3 | You can also send an email with your changes to customerservice@JewelWorks.net and include the email address and username with which you registered. We will send a confirmation request to that email address and after receiving your reply, will update your account within 48 hours. |
| 12.4 | If you created an account and would like to delete your account, please send an email to customerservice@JewelWorks.net and include the email address with which you registered. We will send a confirmation request to that email address and upon receiving your reply, delete your account. |
